As a group, in silence, we will focus on sending universal love to one person in the group at a time until everyone who wants it has received it.

This will be followed by a time of sharing what you experienced. You can focus on how it felt to receive and/or give love. We will learn from each other how consciousness expresses itself uniquely in each individual. Sharing is optional.
