Lynn is the Principal Broker/Co-Owner of Byrd "Home Team" Realty in Kingsport TN. He leverages a
strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Information Science
and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Technology. Outside of his professional
commitments, Lynn is a dedicated enthusiast of outdoor activities, enjoying fishing, golf, hiking, and
practicing the unique art of Dowsing. He has been Dowsing for over sixteen years and has trained
with Raymond Grace and many others. Lynn is a realtor by trade and a Dowser by Choice. He uses
his Dowsing for clearing, health, prosperity and in his business. He loves learning and sharing
Dowsing ideas and techniques with others.
